I retained Mr. Sidner for a divorce case. After about a year of stalling in the courts I informed him that his services were no longer needed and found a competent divorce attorney to replace him. At that point he said that I owed a balance. I asked for an itemized list which to this day he still has not provided.

I met scott through a lawyer service through the hospital my daughter was born at. My ex had full legal custody of my child being the mother and we were not married. Well though we had broken up we were staying on good terms for my daughter's sake. She had agreed to shared parenting and to live with me and go to school near my residence. So i asked Scott to take make this legal. He reviewed my case and said it would take roughly no less than a year. A year and a half later nothing had been resolved, several hearings had been scheduled and nothing had been taken care of because he wouldnt be pre-pared at them. When i told him it felt like he was consistantly delaying the matter. He would try to explain how it takes time. So i again went out on my own had a mediator write up a plan, another lawyer legalize the document and the courts finalize it in less than 2 months i called him and told him how terrible he did. The only response was he belived i still had a balance i owed him. So in short avoid this man in custody cases...at least!
