This company is horrible. Run away... so many other companies that are professional and wont try to rip you off. These guys do the bare minimum and then act like they finished the job. Then you try to reach out and crickets. Again, just run away, so many other companies you can find out there with brand names and do a better job.

I used them for about a year and then when my problem started to go away, I called to say that I no longer wanted a service person to come every month but once every six months. They were still supposed to come the next week but for some reason didn't. I called them to find out what happened and ended up calling them about five or six times leaving messages each time to see if they wanted to reschedule the missed appointment but no one ever called me back. Then six months later I got a call from them to see if I wanted someone to service our house. They didn't seem to remember that they didn't show up for the last appointment and never returned my calls. Even before, they were late or would forget to show. One time I had come home early and they showed up hours ahead. But just the fact that they tried to call back after they had so adamantly stopped doing business with me is a little disturbing.

The owner named Ein, did an extremely wonderful job. He had to trap 12 Ferrel cats and take them to the animal hospital. See this is so unusual because I live in California. I couldn't get to NY. This gentlemen kept me informed and up to date every day, sometimes two or three times a day. He did the job perfectly. These where not your ordinary cats, they were Ferrel Cats, and considered extreme dangerous and on top of this they were very sick. He trapped all 12 of them and took them to the animal hospital. These cats would wait until someone came into the house and then they would attack. But that did not matter to Ein, he got paid to do a job and he did it so good I have to tell everyone. IF YOU NEED AN EXTERMINATOR, CALL HIM PLEASE. I had a friend watch him to make sure he did the job to the finish and he did. He quoted me a price and kept to it. He deserved more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE WHO HAS A PEST, OR ANIMAL that you need help with. IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT, SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF HEADACHES, CALL HIM!!!!!!!
