The instructor was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was not good at all. I purchased the 9 lesson package with the driving test included and separately the 5 hour class. Called to schedule the road test after the certificate was issued. Received a letter with the scheduled test date from All Suffolk. On the day of the scheduled test at the test site the tester told us we were not scheduled. When I called the school they said it was a glitch and blamed it on DMV. (Mistake 1) Rescheduled the test for a month later, and waited for the letter from All Suffolk again. This time when I received the letter I checked the DMV website to ensure that the schedule was correct. It also stated in the letter that there world be another 45 minute lesson before the test. The night before they called and said the instructor will be here 30 minutes before the test. I told them what happened to the 45 minute lesson stated in the letter. (Mistake 2) After putting me on hold for 10 minutes they said they will honor it. The day of the test we expected them to be here 45 minutes before for the lesson and they were late 30 minutes. (Mistake 3) Spoke to a woman in the office who was rude and condescending who stated she is the manager. She was very unprofessional with the entire situation. This whole experience was horrible. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
