Email and call them all the time. Never get response. Also getting the reward on the kassassa account is hit or miss. Got my card locked out for a suspicious transaction when I bought gas next to my work. Good luck getting your account unlocked because they never answer their calls or emails. Worked a year in customer service and I find theirs to be beyond unacceptable.
