My complain is with the Travel Agent Julissa Vargas, who showed negative attitude with me and my daughter, just because we were going to pay for two tickets bought by phone and she was not getting bonuses for sale. People who work in sales and customer should have education and special treatment. This agent needs training for customer care, because discredits Costa Mar.
