For those of you who are thinking about going to this office, it's fraud and fake! It seems that they are not the real Chiropractic service they we were looking for. My wife had a baby eleven months ago and her back was killing her. We were told that consultation was free and that our Aetna insurance would cover our cost of the basic test (we never got any treatment) and so we try to go there and what we found out was that they are fake. They said that there is $250 cost and that the insurance would pick up the $150 dollars and that we had to pay for $100 out of our own money. Everyone please stay away from this place. This is not a legitimate business and Dr. Riva L. Kaynan and the Asian looking woman had no one to refer any massage therapist. They lied at the beginning and is fake. All they want to do is take your money and even the receptionist lady lied about how everything was free. They don't clearly tell you what the real costs are and very ambiguous on insurance coverage. I am going to report them to the better business bureau and other state gov't agency for the investigation of this company.
