We booked Skyland/KLN Limo to take my family to and from my mother's funeral. We confirmed with a woman over the phone that we would pay by credit, and was given my total inclusive price.



First, the car was 5 minutes late. The driver was the coldest guy right from the beginning. He didn't say "hello", smile... nothing! He says to my father "cash". My father explains that we're supposed to be paying via credit card. The driver responds, "Credit is extra 10%".



We called the office. The same woman answered. She confirmed again, the original deal. Told us she'd call the driver immediately. She never did. Rather than being late to his own wife's funeral, my father pulled everyone out of the limo. We ended up taking our own cars.



En route to the cemetery, we got a call from the woman, apologizing for the mixup. She promised she would refund our card the initial deposit... she never did. Nor did she answer the phone when we called to chat about the refund. It's currently in dispute with our card company.



Given the circumstances, this was just the absolute worst service we've ever encountered, from any type of business. Rude, cold driver. Deceitful office. It's a crime.
