I love the atmosphere and service is great but the job they do on hair regarding dyeing wise is very unprofessional. They left the bleach on way to long which caused the hair to lose color and turn grey which I did not want. I wanted a balayage which they said they could do and turned it into an hombre (not cool) they did not blend the colors of my hair correctly. If you want your hair colored more than one color like an hombre or the balayage I highly recommend going somewhere else. Also towards the end of the shift the staff got sloppy and I felt rushed to leave the salon. They didn't even straighten my hair with a straightening iron just blowdryed which of course my hair ended up frizzy in less than an hour. Will definitely not be returning.
