Terrible, they refered to me as a false when assistance was required. DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO SWALLOW. MY THROAT MUSCLE WOULD NOT WORK DUE TO A BAD CASE OF GERD the acid had burned my thriat, after return from vacation.
The paramedic had the nerve to state nothing was wrong with me , and that Kaiser emergency would not help me or have me put in a room when they were forced by me to take me to emergency. My neighbor came over to assist as she could see that they would not assist me and take me.I asked them to take me since I had zero clue as to what was happening to me and best be in there carein case something grave happened.
I was appalled that in front of my husband that the driver had the nerve to tell dispatch that they had faker.
I was so pissed!! Kaiser stated that , yes it was a true emergency!!
Top it off there supervisor has yet to return my call!
They are non trustworther and have zero compassion. I will never , ever turn to them for assistance.
