Damaged my Cadillac

A guy came out to test my battery and charging system on my pristine condition black Cadillac with a paint job less than a year old. And scratches and gouges the paint on the fender with his testing device. Then acts like it's no big deal and sorry is suppose to be good enough and there is nothing he can do... I'll be up later with my estimate for repair.. This guy needs to be held responsible! Unprofessional!
