What a bad place to dine.

I had came into arbys about noonish. after waiting forever to get to the cash register the woman in blue shirt stopped while taking my order to answer her cell phone. this made me very angry. how can you provide customer service when your talking on your phone. After she came back to the register and completed my order, I had to wait close to 6 minutes for my order which only consided of 2 ham melts a small curly fry and a large drink.What really blew my mind is how this woman with the blue shirt which I presume by the conversation was a manager, told a empolyee to stop acting stupid or she will punch her in the face. Never have I seen something like that at any other fast food resturant. I wouldn't eat here , esp if your sensitive to people relations. only giving it a 1 star because I don't have the option to put none.
