i have purchased two arrangements from this flower shop , 05/010/2016 i had never had a problem before in the past years. This year The Owner was RUDE , LEFT ME TALKING IN THE PHONE BY HIS MISTAKE and his employees. i payed for two deliveries and the owners left his phone could not find the address and just left the two arrangements in the same locations. FIRST that's not what i paid for which i was charged for delivery , i called back i was willing to pay more money for his mistake to go back and pick the flowers up and deliver them to the right locations and right person he refused and left me hanging in the phone yelling that he didn't want it. at the end the call was dropped by them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.!!!! NEVER EVER BUYING FLOWERS FROM HERE,IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE GOOD FOR YOU DO NOT BUY ARRANGEMENTS FROM THIS PLACE.

We have been Tuttle's customers for over 20 years and have always received excellent service and great value. Although floral arrangements are probably the primary reason most go to Tuttle's, they have a wide selection of garden plants and perennial flowers and we have received some great advice on the right plants for difficult locations.



Just a comment about the one star review below. As indicated by the reference to the owner's name, the reviewer posted her comments on the wrong shop's site. We have always been treated well by all the staff at Tuttle's.

I ordered a funeral arrangement, and was so pleased with the end result, and the professional recommendations given by the kind staff members. The owner Chris was there, and engaged in conversation- would definitely recommend a visit to others!
