Two years ago we had Booker Colonial Chimney install a new cap on a chimney (wood stove insert, stainless steel liner). The result was very shoddy workmanship. He permanently cemented the new cap to the chimney. The cap can not be removed from the chimney. Last year Jason Booker claimed he cleaned the stove pipe. (Impossible without breaking the cement that holds the cap in place)
This year another contractor, when on the roof, saw the installation and pointed this out. Word to the wise........stay away from Jason Booker.

I recently had Colonial build a stone walkway, the price was great, they were on time, and very tidy. Overall I was impressed!

I have used Booker's Colonial Chimney & Masonry several times over the years for inspections and repairs on various properties. They have great response time, reasonable bids for any repairs that might be necessary and are always professional. Highly recommend.
