Cathy and Dr. Quevedo are absolutely excellent; they truly care for their patients and go out of their way on and off the clock for patients. Unfortunately, in the past year I have had a lot of trouble with their office's registration desk. For starters, they refuse to personally fill out my prescriptions. They force me to use the call center which always leads to errors in my medication and invalid charges to my card. Thankfully, Cathy always corrects their errors. Second the staff is rude on the phone and clearly do not care about what I have to say or anything else. Sometimes when I try to connect with the operator, I hear them answer the phone and then they hang up on me. Third, they are completely uneducated on the issues they are dealing with. How can you not know what insulin is and work at a diabetes center. Shame on Jean Murry's staff; even when I told them about the issues I have been experiencing all they said was "yeah sorry".
