Did not fix my car and still charged 100.00 broke my auto start and ruined my carpet by not laying it back down properly. Not sure about oil change. NONE of th fluids were topped off and windshield wipers fluid was still empty. Oil filter was not changed. Kept it 3 days and did Not Do one thing to it. Kept telling different stories of when to p/u and I asked why they kept lying from one rep to another and Craig got mad, and when I showed up car was still NOT ready...my dad came in with me yo see what was taking so long and Craig says he is going to tell me in front of my dad how rude I was for calling him a liar on th phone. I am 45 y.o. and I don't need that kind of drama like my dad was suppose to spank me!! Caught them in so many lies. Left it in th shop for a total 8 days and STILL NOTHING WORKS. besides messing up my van MORE, they will not refund my money. I asked to speak to GM and was denied and was told he would call me, NEVER happened. They called ONE TIME ,(Christi) and now a MONTH later I am still tryin to get a response and TODAY with me calling AGAIN was finally told they would NOT refund my money. Thank you Pawleys island Chrysler for taking my money and not fixen a damn thing and making it worse. Winter is here and NO auto start.......SOOOO MUCH MORE TO ADD...DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER!! Poor customer service. They never even drove my car after being FIXED, if they did they would have seen all th lights back on!!! Liars, thieves!!!! Sad!!!

I recently purchased a new car from Island Chrysler in Pawleys Island, and the experience was nice for a change.. my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very nice.. and it's the only time I've been to a car dealership and I wasn't pressured. Everything went smoothly and I got a better deal than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
