Never count on these guys! I had pre-booked a ride to the train station for 6AM. At 6:05, I called to see where the cab was, but got no answer. At 6:10 I called again and was told the cab was on the way. At 6:20 when I called again I was told to hold on, he'd just walked in the door at which point I said that I had a train to catch, they needed to get here. Guess what, it's now 7AM, I've missed my train, and STILL no cab (or phone call). This company should be out of business. I've never encountered anyone less professional.
