We had lost power at our store...

We had lost power at our store in Rhode Island due to the hurricane and were calling different companies in the area to help us with a security officer until the morning as our alarm system was offline. When we called we were greeted by a rude and inconsiderate person that said whoa are you want you want. Before we could even explain our situation we were told we're not interested and abruptly hung up on. Someone needs a lesson is customer service. At least the other companies we called were polite, considerate and understanding although they had no officers available they explained why. This company get a big thumbs down. If my employees ever treated my customers or potential customers like that they would be fired!
