I would AVOID Landry and Marti...

I would AVOID Landry and Martin. Their customer service is consistently really bad. Every time i dealt with them over a three year period it was a major struggle, from very rude, unhelpful and untrained customer service people. I got the feeling that they didn't want or care about my business and I was an afterthought. I even experienced this with the manager/owner when i talked to them. Much more trouble than they are worth and this is not rocket science. Long wait times on the phone, short hours of business, confusion on their end, and their competitors are much cheaper. In fairness, the actual technician who came was knowledgeable and helpful.
