We have been customers of Manny's for over 20 years. They have always been polite and very helpful. They inquire as to how much oil you have to determine how soon you need a delivery, if you are below 1/4 of a tank they will show up that day.

I've been using Mannys for the past two winters and have finally had enough. They proves two phone numbers to their customers that they say are in service. One of them never is and the other one never seems to be attended. They typically take 2-3 days to respond and another day or two to actually arrive with the oil. This past time I called when I thought I was low and actually ran out before they finally came with the oil. I wasn't home at the time (my wife was) and they left without checking that things were working, resulting in me having to prime and restart the furnace at midnight. The employees are rude and not worth dealing with.
