The title says it all. Miller Autoworks is the place in Payson to take your car for repairs. We had relatives from CA visiting. Overnight a pack rat got under the hood of their new Toyota Camry and chewed up some small wires. The engine started but was not running correctly. These relatives needed to get back to CA the same day. Miller Autoworks took the car in first thing. They did not have the part on hand so they did a soldering job on the wires. Voila! The engine ran fine. When relatives got back to San Diego they took car into to a place that had the part. They were told the soldering was excellent.They did not need to purchase the part. I have taken my Subaru Outback to Miller for shock absorbers, CV joint replacement and brake work as well as oil changes. It's always the same, reasonable prices, excellent work, and great hospitality.

I was just passing thru Payson and someone alarmed me that I had a blown seal on the front wheel seal.......and the wheel could come off at any time. I stopped by Miller's and they had my van in their shop within a couple of hours. I did not know anything about their business and they could have taken advantage of my situation..........THEY DIDN'T.Conor Dearing, shop foremen had his mechanic pull both front tires off and inspected the brakes and hub seals. They brought me back to the van and showed me, and told me there was nothing to be concerned about, and it was just squeaky brakes and the type of brakes installed.I was quite relieved and knew I could continue with my roadtrip without worry. When Conor said "no charge" I was shocked, as they had it on their hoist for about a hour, and I truly expected $100 to be charged. I thanked him and we drove back to Washington state with no problems.I consider Miller Auto Works and Conor Dearing to be of the upmost character and they deserve praise for their ethical practice. Thank you guys...........great service.

Steve did brakes on my wife's car. He used top of the line parts but the brakes made a noise when backing up and then stopping. I could tell the brakes were very safe but was not going to escape my wife's concern over the noise. Steve did not hesitate to do the job again using another companies parts and now has a customer forever. Thanks for taking care of business.

I live in kingman az I took my f150 to millers auto to have it fixed I was in no hurry and they were busy so I left my truck there I figured I would just go get it when they got it done so I went home to kingman. Well when it rains it pours after I got home my ac/ unit went came apart on my car to the point it could not be driven. I called Steve and explained my situation knowing I had no other way to get my truck home Steve got out of bed at 500am on Saturday his day off grabbed a trailer and my truck brought it to me loaded my car on the trailer. Then Steve and I took my car to payson he put me up in his gest house his wife Sandie put Dr pepper in the fridge for my wife and ice tea for me. Steve fixed my car and I was home by Monday evening. IT gets better after I was home about a month the ac/unit went out again due to a bad ac pump NOT the craftsman ship I called Steve he set me up with a local shop to fix my car at no cost to me. keep in mind except form the ac/unit being under warranty he did not have to do any of this he even took care of the extra labor cost from the local shop he did not have to do that but knowing I was low on cash and at xmas time he thought about about some one else. most people only think of them self's not Steve people like Steve and his wife Sandie are had to come by. If you are in payson az and you are looking for a shop I highly recommend millers auto works.

We were passing through Payson and our car started over heating. We called Steve and asked how much it would cost to take a look at our car. He responded and said he didn't think they would be the best option and hung up on us. Horrible service, never been so mistreated.

3 years ago my wife and I had rented a cabin in Christopher Creek for our anniversary. A few miles from our cabin, we had major transmission problems and barely made it to our cabin. As you could imagine we were a bit upset about it especially seeing as how we were hours from our home (Tucson) and didn't know what to do, and didn't have a whole lot of extra money. Being Memorial weekend we decided to have it towed to a shop in Payson and make the best of the weekend. Steve Miller opened the shop to receive our car, and even took it for a drive to evaluate it. After breaking the news that we had lost 3rd gear, and seeing how upset my wife was (as I said we were broke), he took it upon himself to drive us back to our cabin, while stopping at Walmart on the way so we could grab a few things. He also offered to pick us up over the weekend if we needed anything else. I can't say enough about Steve, he's one of those people that reminds you there are still good people in this world.

I had car trouble on my way home from Camp Verde to Snowflake via Payson, AZ. Ended up staying the night at a motel before heading up the rim. I called Miller Auto and they took my car right in, charged me a reasonable rate and got me on the road by 9:00 a.m. They were very friendly also. The only bad thing is that they are not closer to Snowflake. I'd deal with them in a heartbeat.

We lost the power steering south of Payson AZ. Feeling like the typical out of state TARGET we pulled into Payson, eventually we connected with Miller Auto Works, He moved his guys to our car diagnosed the problem and repaired in short order. We were the guy over a barrell and he could have charged anything and we would of had to pay it. The charge was very resonable and the expierence very positive. I recommend this company and people highly

Miller Auto Works, "Outstanding" is the word that comes to mind when automotive Repair and CustomerService is the question in Payson, AZ. Steve Miller and his team were exceptional in the diagnostic and repair of my Mercedes 500S. My car was towed in late Monday afternoon and I was happily on my way Tuesday morning at 7:30 am. This was the most friendly shop I ever been to. The people there are honest and seem to really care about your situation. First place I would take my car if I ever have problems near Payson again.
