The worse florist I have ever used !! Called to complain and they didn't care. Looked like a child stuck a couple flowers in a ugly vase. 50.00 down the drain !! Rotten

Not good customer service the owner is very nasty and disrespectful to it's customers. We ordered a wrist corsage for prom, when we picked it up it was a boutonniere, they were very kind to make me a wrist corsage right then and there. When they handed me the flower she said okay that will be an additional $5. WTF, it was their mistake and there were cheaper corsages to offer I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Karen told me sorry but it is how it is. I will never return because she was rude and very disrespectful to a first time customer.

My daughter, Emily,from California ordered flowers to go to her Grandma, on her birthday. The bouquet was ordered through a florist the week before Grandma's 85th birthday. we let her know that flowers were coming. Grandma sat near the front door and crocheted all day so she wouldn't miss a knock at the door. Her hearing isn't what it used to be. At 5pm, on the birthday, the florist called California and said they couldn't deliver the bouquet, but they would refund her money. Quite upset, Emily called Karen's Florist and explained and asked if she would help. Karen made a beautiful bouquet, rushed it to Grandma, and treated her like a Birthday Princess. Thank you Karen
