The storage facility is new and clean, and the staff very accomodating and friendly, but the "free truck" wasn't available. Not becasue someone else was using it that had a storage unit, but because they had rented it out. This little bit of information isn't mentioned on their website. So if you are choosing them for the carrot that is dangled in front of you in the form of the use of a free truck, renter beware! Also, it is the first place I have rented from that required 30 days notice to discontinue using a unit, with a $10 penalty for such an offense... again, not listed on the website.
