If I could give this a 0 I would. I am new to the area haven't tanned in a few months since we moved. So I worked late decided to stop in and try this place out since it's the only one near me. Big mistake. I first went I and asked what the hours were cause I missed them some how. I was told there on the door some where! Well that was nice instead of telling me what they were. I was just trying to assure I had time to tan and not hold up closing. Next I wasn't sure the way the beds were was different then other places so I asked to be sure and asked about the beds. The girl was short and as if it was dumb of me to ask. Then I feel out [email protected] the questions on the paper,pick out what I wanted price wise gave her my card to run and it was declined she said. I know my husband just got paid and I had almost 800.00 in my account. I asked her to please try again. She ran it again said great it froze. She goes it said the same. I was just telling her I know for sure I have money in my account the my husband just got paid and it's Direct deposit so I pull up my account order my phone I show it to her and she goes well do you want me to run it again. I said yes I know I have money. She took an attitude to me and said I didn't need to be rude she was just asking. I was floored. I really dnt thnk iv had such poor service in such a long time. She ran it a 3rd time and it didn't go through. I honestly think it was on there end not my card cause I used it afterwards and it worked just fine. I said I'll go somewhere else and no nothing. Wow what an experience. I will have to go to spanishfork I guess to tan. I have never left a review before so I am pretty disappointed in this. You would think to be the only place in payson they would give better customer service.
