I am very pleased with the work and all the hoops Paul jumped through to get my computer back in running condition. Paul is a super up standing person a man of his word and as I said he went way over the top to fix my computer now it runs GREAT THANK YOU

Called Paul with a major problem. Within one hour He diagnosed and repaired my issue. He got a 22 year old desktop up and running when others said that it couldn't be done. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

From out of state I arranged for Paul to help set up a computer system for a family member in MA. Paul's expansive skill and knowledge, along with his no nonsense practical approach, got everything up and running quickly. Paul was straight-forward and honest with his assessment of the work that needed to be done. I also appreciated the no surprises and fair pricing.

Paul's Computer Repair is excellent. The service I received was prompt, effective and reasonably priced. Paul is very patient and a good listener. I needed to replace the operating system (XP) and fix several other problems. Paul took me through the process, identified and explained every issue and resolved all the problems.

RUN! I contacted Paul to repair my 10 month old Dell Inspiron laptop after a coffee spill. He assured me he could repair the laptop with a 'new mother board' and there would be no residual issues with it or the operating system. I paid for the repair. After four weeks of back and forth, Paul advised the parts he ordered from ebay in Guangdong, China hadn't arrived yet! An additional two weeks later, still chasing this man, I retrieved my laptop. The motherboard is NOT a compatible replacement and laptop is trash!

Huge help to my son who is in college near Paul. Very professional fast and did a great job. I recommend everyone who needs work done to use Paul.
