I have gone there and sat there for an hour and no one noticed me i was not even welcomed. Also, while they were cutting my hair they were too busy talking they did a horrible job and I had to havemyhusband fix it. My daughter used to go there to get her eyebrows done and they would always come out very uneven. And to top it off they are never free to make an appointment you have to call in 2 weeks in advance....it is ridiculous. I don't recomend them at all their prices are way to high for there horrible service.
