After being talked into putting 100$ down on a $12,000 ring.. I got in a car accident and lost my gf.. Since I could barly walk I went back when I could about 3 months later and I wanted my money back to make another purchace and I was told it was non refundable even after I told them what had happend. They went on stating that they had held the ring for 3 months and couldn't sell it to anyone else so they can't give me my money back... BUT!! When I was talked into putting the 100$ down on the ring I was just going to sleep on it and pay for it all at once when I ordered it but I was told for them to save what ring it was to order I needed to put money down so I did... AND they told me I couldn't get my money back bc they held onto the ring BUT the band was special order and diamond was too!! There was nothin to hold for me!!! And I didn't even want cash back I wanted it back to put towards a Xmas gift!! I'm already read to purchace a ring again and I can assure u that the 15k I have saved up will not be spent at this scummy place all bc they desided 100$ was more important than my business... It's the principle of the situation. Not to mension I've spend thousands there in the past.

I had a very nice experience buying a diamond engagement ring from De Scenza Diamonds in Peabody, MA. I was recommended by a friend and found that the location was easy to find with plenty of parking. I worked with a pleasant & informative Gemologist, Jennifer, who took me into a private viewing room and explained to me everything I needed to know about diamonds! I saw a nice selection of rings to put the diamond in and created a final ring that I was proud to present to my girlfriend. I also felt their prices were very competitive to what I had researched online, but I thoroughly enjoyed the personal attention I received at De Scenza Diamonds. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try if you are looking for an engagement ring!
