Service for takeout was fine but got home and seriously threw out the whole order AWFUL never saw boneless ribs that looked like bacon before. Lo mein tasted like burnt sesame oil. Fried rice was mush and egg roll tasteless. Chicken fingers dry batter thick and finally my fav calamari NOT anymore. Never again got be for close to $70. Good luck with that. Soooo mad

this is by far the best Chinese food restaurant on the North Shore of Massachusetts. I will also say that we have visited many Chinese Food Restaurants along the east coast and as far as New Mexico. Royal Garden is the best. Its family owned and run and everyone is great. If you see something on the menu that you would like to substitute, no problem. If you want a suggestion I know what you get will be great. We used to go there every Friday night for years until we moved to Maine. Now if we go to Massachusetts we always stop for a bite and to say hello to our friends. It is always a fun experience. You will never be disappointed here.
