I go to the Natick salon for waxing and always sign up with Lucy. I have had some terrible wax experiences at other salons (really raw, red skin for days in patches), but Lucy has consistently been wonderful. I have been going to her for three years and have never had any problems. She is very attentive and is successful at making sure I feel comfortable while working carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended!!!

Your experience will depend on the location. I went to Norwood and received friendly, courteous service. The woman that did the manicure / pedicure was very nice. They took us in immediately (no waiting with an appointment). Then I went to Burlington and the woman was really unfriendly and extremely rough. After pushing my cuticles back, they were hurting for about three days. She did a sloppy job putting on the nail polish. I was really disappointed.

I was really disappointed witht the Sherwood Plaza location. I brought a large group and the manager insisted that everyone get the same services to access a previously agreed upon discount. He was really nickling and diming us and this was not the experience I wanted before my wedding.

I was extremely disappointed with the salon in Beverly, Ma. The technician was not very friendly and very rough when filing my nails. Came out of the salon with 4 finger tips very sore and one that bleed. Its been two days and fingers are still sore. Also the nail polish smudge on 3 nails within an hour. I stayed under the dryer the recommended time, but still smudged. I found the prices there to be very high and the technicians unfriendly. I went there only because I was given a gift. certificate.

I found the Natick location to be so inviting & I am able to get an appointment quickly. They call me by name upon arrival which makes me feel special. I go to Lucy for my waxing & she is truly amazing. She is so friendly, easy to talk to, loves what she does & is so passionate about all procedures she performs. When it comes to waxing, you need someone with a gentle touch & lots of experience. Her techniques & ability to keep the pain to a very, very minimal is key. She is the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely clean and professional decor. Appointments are taken promptly and all staff members are courteous. Consistently good work. I have several of my friends going there now because my nails speak for themselves. My gel tips look so natural that no one knows they aren't real! My fill lasts more than 2 weeks and because they look so real I am able to re-polish myself to get even more time between fills.

Best nail salon aound.

I was impressed after visiting the Natick location for a manicure. The found that the nail bonder they used on my nail was bought in the Christmas tree shop and there hand soaps. So what I am staying that it appears to be a classy place,but not with the products. Also they do not carry the current Opi colors. They are very rude if you do not make an appointment with them. II would not go back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nails and Co is meticulously clean, Beau - the person at the front desk is extremely professional and accodomating. The technicians are knowledgeable about their product and know how to provide customer service! Vina and Kim are my favorite technicians, they have been there a long time and are excellent at what they do. Prices are very reasonable. Spoil yourself and go to Nails and Co!!!

the price is ok compare with other nails place, but all stuff they use not the same like they say.

Not only the best pedi and nails around but the people are always very pleasant and professional. Even the folks at the desk make you want to come back! I wouldn't go any other place! Thank you West Peabody salon!

Way better than the $35 mani/pedi places. Never had a bad experience, and manicures last a long time. Lena is my favorite tech.

Friendly, Take There Time, And Do A Fantastic Job!

Almost without exception the technicians are the best. A lovely atmosphere and the best quality in the supplies can be expected. A great find!

I have been to several nail shops on the North Shore and nothing beats Nails and Co. The staff are courteous and professsional, and the pedicures are out of this world. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after a visit there.

Excellent service and quality. Beautiful salon. The cost is the same as most salons.
