Repairs done right the first time. They take the time to diagnose the problem and then recommend the proper repair, not just throw parts at a problem and hope that fixes the issue.

The service at Rte 1 is top notch. When Larry and Scott and the crew work on your vehicle you can be assured that it will be fixed right the first time. I have 4 vehicles that I bring to them on a regular basis. They know what they are doing, they get the vehicle back to you in a timely manner, they are very courteous and answer any questions. One of the things I really like is that they show you the old part and show exactly what was wrong with it and why it needed replacement. They also make recommendations on what may need to be done in the future so that your vehicle is properly maintained. I trust them and would highly recommend Rte 1 Auto service.
