I've had such a great experience with Driveway Doctors. Not once but 3-4 times. So great that I did not mind driving 20 miles to their shop, even if it meant I had to pay multiple Uber rides after I dropped my car off. I now recommend them to my friends and everyone I know ... even to Uber driver! Absolutely wonderful experience overall.

Brought the car in with a coolant leak and was given back a car with major mechanical issues and missing parts. As well as the original leak.



Mechanic has taken no responsibility and even after saying he would repair the problems that they created after filing a complaint with the BBB, the mechanic changed his mind and cancelled the night before the appointment.



Go elsewhere if you want to insure you wont end up with a problem on your hands.

Had these guys come out and replace my brake pads on site about 3 months ago. They did a great job and were cheaper than my old mechanic. Love the service - great idea that they come to you for car repair.
