Good place to go if you want a no-hassle car-buying experience with a good amount of decent cars to choose from. I bought my first financed car with these guys 4 years ago and was happy ever since. I just brought home a Charger last Friday and I love it (and so does my teenage son). I like the fact that they worked with me despite my poor credit rating that I Was left with after my divorce. Worked out vest anyways because I was able to pay bi-weekly with coincides with my pay schedule at work. I recommend you give these guys a look. Hopefully, you will walk away as happy as I did.

I just happened to stumble across this place. I saw a car I liked and stopped to inquire. I had no idea that I would actually be driving it the nect day. They worked with me and my credit history though. I am impressed. No hassle. No hoops to jump through. Worked out a payment schedule through in-house financing. Car drives great. I am still in shock that I was able to actually get approved and with affordable payments. Be prepared to drive away in the car you like because they will help to mature it happen. They do require job verification.

I love these guys, they are GREAT! They helped me with my 1st car purchase and financed me without any problems. I was scared to buy my 1st car, but my sister suggested this place and she was right, they are the BEST around. They worked out an easy payment schedule for me and were able to get me in a car for lower than I was expecting with low miles and in perfect condition (it even has that new car smell despite being used, lol). Don't believe the couple of negative reviews on here because this place is FANTASTIC! I am glad that I checked around because I am an avid review reader and luckily I checked all the review sites and did not let a few bad reviews on here scare me away because I am very pleased. Should anything change with my car (it runs smooth so far), I will keep you posted, but I have to be fair and say that I had a five-star experience. :)

I bought my car here and have been nothing but completely satisfied. I do not understand any negative reviews that this place may have received in the past. I just know that I had a pleasant experience. That is why I am writing this review, because my sister called me concerned after seeing some of the older comments on here from years past. I don't know if it has changed ownership since or has a new staff, but I had a wonderful experience. In fact, the whole process was a lot easier than I thought. I was really scared with this being my first car buying experience since my divorce (my husband always handled major purchases in the past). I would have hated to have missed out on the great car that I got because of some misleading reviews. Their other online reviews are good. I guess if you don't pay and have your car repossessed then that will tend to make you a little aggravated. I have not had a single problem with these guys and I have had my car for a little over 6 months now. I was able to drive off the same day with my vehicle after a little verification process. Of course I make my payments on time, and I have not been bothered in the least by anyone. My salesman was wonderful and friendly. As for my vehicle, not a single problem. She drives as smooth as the day I drove her off the lot. In fact I was just in there on Tuesday and the salesman recognized me. He helped my sister find a car that she likes and plans to return on Friday to purchase. I would not have taken her there if I did not trust these guys to take care of her. I can only speak for my experience, but it was a great one. Check these guys out and see for yourself. If your credit is not perfect, they will still work with you and do in-house financing. I will update on my sister's experience, but I expect it to be just as good.



UPDATE ON MY SISTER'S EXPERIENCE:



My sister and I went on Friday to pick up her new car, and I will have to say that Auto Star has outdone themselves once again. She got exactly what she was looking for and perfect for her needs (low miles and a four cylinder engine). This was her first car purchase and she was extremely nervous. She was worried about being taken advantage of and not receiving credit approval due to a limited credit history. Neither was an issue. Auto Star had her approved in no time and without any problems with her job verification. We took the vehicle straight for an emissions test and it passed with flying colors. She is nothing but happy with her experience. Again, I don't understand why anyone would have anything derogatory to say about this place. I have seen my husband spend hours and hours at the dealerships in the past, negotiating and waiting for verifications, credit reports, and bank approvals. We didn't encounter that horrendous wait here with either of our experiences. That made the whole experience life a lot easier. These will definitely be my "go-to-guys" when I upgrade to that sports car I have always wanted in a few years. Go see for yourselves and check them out, you won't be sorry, I promise. Only missed one payment and made arrangements to pay the Thursday and they came and repoed the day before then added all these crazy fees. Their jus scam artist trying to take your last. Please be aware and stay away from any company affiliated with them.

They are crooks, I called to let them know I would pay both payments at the end of the month instead of paying on the 15 th and last like I normally do. I want to note that I had my vehicle for a year and a half and was never late on a payment. They agreed on the arrangement but still repoed my vehicle at the end of the month. When I called them to try to get my vehicle back they wanted the total payoff for the vehicle in order for them to give it back to me. They never checked my file to see who made the arrangement or even considered my pay history. I truly believe in karma. I checked the site and the car is still on the lot so they are the ones missing out. At least they would have still been making money had they returned it to me. Please beware when purchasing from auto star your pay history and their word means nothing.

STAY FAR AWAY!! SCAM.. They put cars on the lot straight from the auction with no service or check. They shine them up and get you to sign with a down payment. They have their own service center so they sell you a car with issues then make you get it fixed y them so you paying them twice!! SHADY business!!

I got a car without test driving it form the Marietta store. My salesman sold me a car that I didn't even drive. He knew I was new to the car buying experience and he played on it now I'm stuck paying on a car I don't like! I have to replace all of the rims and tires. Unless you speak Spanish they don't care about assisting you! They are prejudice and rude!! If they make a mistake its your fault, don't make the mistake and not be hispanic and go to this store. You will be f'd !!! Stay away!!!!

Autostar is a crooked dealership, anything that seems to be too good to be true usually is. Yes they will finance anyone as long as you have a downpayment like the last reviewer said with no hassle but that s because they are trying to move their flashy cars that are junk under the hood or waiting for you to default and take your car without giving you the chance to make up your late payment. I wish I would ve known better.
