I have to strongly disagree with the previous poster. I've used this cleaner for over 20 years. I have NEVER known Jill to act as you say. A dry-cleaner cannot remove all stains, and I've never had one (including Jill) that don't TELL you this upfront. No dry-cleaner on earth will EVER "guarantee" to get out all stains (and if they do, they are dishonest)---just to do a "dry cleaning" -- which involves the use of chemicals and services, which you have to PAY FOR whether the stains got out or not. It's sort of like taking your car to the garage--they WORK on it, and they may NOT fix the problem the first time---does that mean you get to not have to pay them for their time and work? Or course not! Some stains just will not come out--and Jill (or any other dry-cleaner I've ever used) usually puts a marker or tag on the clothes that says that they tried to get it out but couldn't. For you to expect to get free dry cleaning because a stain did not come out is unreasonable. And the previous poster's bad language and name-calling makes me think she was probably the difficult person here--not Jill.
