Horrible customer service. Blood stains on the sheets. Dirty, damp smelling carpets. Broken fixtures in the bathroom. Dirty showers. Air conditioner didn't work well.



There were people fighting outside - screaming and yelling. When we called the front desk to tell them about it, they told us to call the police. When we asked if they would do that instead of us, the person on duty yelled at us and said, "I don't know what you think, but this is not your home. I don't need this **** (expletive)!"



They take payment for the rooms before they give you a key. So getting a refund is impossible. We didn't even stay for the continental breakfast in the morning because we were so disturbed by this place. Also...the photos you see online are very misleading.



Don't waist your money to stay here.
