Terrible customer service experience. The staff here is not friendly at all and I've noticed this on multiple visits. I'm surprised the location is still open lol. I ended up going to the Sandy Springs location and purchasing a frame there. Save your money and spend it at a store/location with employees and management that are both patient and appreciative to customers deciding on a frame.

I must say, buying eyeglasses has never been fun for me, until I came here. The frame styles are great and the doctor was thorough. Answered all of my questions. I appreciate the help given to me by the Opticians. They treated me like family and it was my first time here. I will definitely return!

Good: Frames are of high quality, but the prices will take your breath away. The optometrist, Dr. Than, spent a lot of time with me and the prescription was excellent.



Bad: I've had warmer relationships with used car salesman. Optician was computing his commission to four decimal places while he was talking to me. Went back with a problem at 10 the next morning (after I had left at five the afternoon before) manager treated me like stranger, not like a customer who had just spent $600+, and did absolutely nothing to help.



Bottom Line: Go to LensCrafters--a high-quality chain. I'm sorry I made an exception this time. 90-day refund, also carries quality frames (indeed many of the same brands as The Eye Gallery at better prices), opticians and manager are polite and work with you to solve problems.
