Took a cross bow in to have string replaced to gift to my son. Paid 107.00 for new string!Picked it up he loaded an arrow, pulled trigger the new string snapped. We took it back after calling. I asked if it maybe had to much torque put on it restoring it.The owner says the cam is broke we never would have put a new string on it. Yet here I am with a broke new string.So no refund. Very upset right here at Christmas. They were recommended.
