This company would be out of business if it were not for the monopoly they enjoy. Their product does not work half the time. Their service, if you can get some, is pitiful. It is a shame there is no competition in the cable industry here.

Canceled service in July when I had moved, got charged for August even though I had canceled service and moved. Sent to a collection agency to pay. Worst company ever!

The worst service ever. Called sat. Box down they send me a new box. Guess what it does not work either. Multiple calls as in called all day today. Week later bc im off today Never can get straight answers. Can't send someone for a week. Are you serious??? Come on ppl one week. It's been down already one week. Unbelievable. Then they set the appointment without consulting me and I'm working. So what do you do. Oh but they have a Comcast guaranty unfortunately no one seems to be able to answer that for me. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

Have had trouble with service for 3 freakin wks but can NOT get help cause the animated woman says call volumes high, dang for3 wks all hrs of day & night? Wats up with this can't I speak to human

i spent over 2.5 hours wasting my time and gas trying to find the address that was displayed on the internet to return my modem. i called the only ph number i had TWICE and was told TWICE how to get there. couldn't find it. a random guy finally told me where the building was and that it was empty - comcast had moved. to where he had no idea. i gave up at that point. frustrated and angry i was driving home when my mother-in-law spotted "comcast payments". i pulled in and in tears explained my situation. the lady said she was sorry and that i was not the first person this had happened to. she just wished that comcast would update the internet info. what?????
