The worse service ever. American Home Shield needs to revise their contractor list and eliminate this one! Was told to expect tech between 8-12 and finally showed up at 2. The tech was so "sensitive" to my complaints he left without doing a thing! Except wasting my precious time. Don't let them waste yours!

Oasis accepted an AC claim from my home warranty co as my AC quit on July 16, 2016. They sent a tech to my house on July 18,2016 who stated that the compressor had gone out and indicated that they would submit the claim to the home warranty co that day. I contacted my home warranty co July 25, 2016 at which time I was informed that Oasis had not submitted a report for the necessary work. I then called Oasis and was told by David that he had been on vacation the previous week and that no one had submitted the report to date.
Oasis should have never accepted the claim if they were not able/willing to handle it, especially the hottest week of the year in Ms. I was so aggravated with both them and my home warranty co that I got a different co to install a completely new system and cancelled my service. Complete incompetence.
