"Overflowing is A-OK, or How I Learned to Love the Better Business Bureau"

I am extremely disappointed with just about every aspect of Nature Station Waste Services. I had ordered a portalet from them for one of our work site. The price of portalet rental includes servicing and cleaning once a week. They NEVER came to clean the portalet. After a couple weeks, the portalet was literally overflowing with feces. Mind you, I had called them to inform them of this situation 3 times before it had happened, letting them know that no one had come to service it. I was told that it was not my day for service.

This morning, I called, demanding that they service the portalet. There are children, families, construction workers, and all other sorts of people that are subjected to their disgusting neglected portalet every day. I was kept on the line so that I could hear the customer service rep speak to the driver, specifically telling them that this needed to be picked up.

6 hours later, it's still here. I called again, and needless to say, I was unpleasant. The customer service rep told me that she didn't think it was a priority. I asked how she could possibly think this is not a priority since this was my sixth phone call. She told me, and this is verbatim, mind you, "When you told me it was overflowing, I thought everything was A-OK."

I'm shaking my head even as I write that. I am completely flabbergasted at the outrageous logic used by Nature Station. Hear this, Nature Station, I have made it my personal mission to let everyone hear this story, and hopefully, you will never offload a health hazard on another business or person ever again.

Since I am forced to give Nature Station at least one star, I am going to say that that single star is representative of the patriotic feeling I have in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. God Bless America, except for Nature Station.

I ordered a toilet and a dumps...

I ordered a toilet and a dumpster, it was delivered ON TIME and I have had absolutely no problems with the service of either one. The toilet is cleaned regularly and the dumpster is dumped when I notify them. I have recommended this business to many other people who are also pleased with their service. Wish all my subcontractors were this conscientious and courtious.

Rude, Bad Service

They had a potty on my property and someone knocked it over Sunday. I called on Tuesday and left a message, and the shoring company that hired them called Monday and Tuesday. After calling again Wednesday, they said no one called, then they said they where only told to pick it up, not clean up. He said it wasn't his fault someone knocked it over and would try to do the best he could to clean it but it really wasn't his fault.



The person I talked to was very rude and I had to mention calling Jefferson Code just to get him to say he would try to clean it.

I called Jefferson code enforcement and they said it was the responsibility of the port a potty company to clean it up.



They came and picked it up and drove off without cleaning anything and as I tried to wave them down they just kept going. The shoring company is handling it from here on but I would recommend never do business with that company.
