This was one of the best day spa experiences I have had in a very long time. The service from the time we walked in to the time we left was exceptional and the quality of the treatment was amazing. The cleanliness and product assortment was top notch and I even bought one of the products that was recommended to me

My wonderful hubby took me here this weekend so we could unwind and get a change of pace from everyday life. We wanted to go all out, so he decided to treat me to a massage while he spent some time at the bookstore. I was delighted by the place and its staff, very professional and accommodating to the clients. They treat you like royalty from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Great place to visit.

I love this spa! I got a facial and it was fantastic and so relaxing! Everyone at this place is so friendly and helpful. My gps gave me bad directions and I ended up getting there late. I called them and they directed me right to them and didn't penalize me for being late. I had an awesome time and I will come back again and bring family and friends. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This was my 1st spa experience...I took my girlfriend for valentines day....it was a great experience. It was very clean and cozy(cute too), but lets not forget relaxing. The massage was wonderful. The service was great. I can't wait to go back!! Oh and the prices are decent.

great service and up-scale quality concerning this spa! i go there for the facial. I find it to be one of the most relaxing places in the area as they offer the best treatment possible to there clients. an extraordinary staff and the best service around.

Beauty Secrets Day Spa is an exceptional spa! The service was great. Very friendly and experienced people. They are very knowledgeable about skin problems and have really helped my skin. I have gone to many other spas in the area, however my experience here has been fabulous. Definitely Recommended!

I have been going here for eyebrow shaping and skin care for 5 years now and my skin looks amazing. From shaping eyebrow and lash tinting to skin treatments, this is a hidden gem in the city. I constantly receive compliments on my eyebrows and skin, and it's all because of this place. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out.

This place is really quiet and I don't know about you, but I come to relax in a calm quiet environment. The massage I received was outstanding, I talked about it for days. Everyone was very polite and accommodating.

I just had the most amazing and relaxing 60 minute deep tissue massage. She has helped my back and neck problems tremendously in just a few visits by relieving the stress and knots. Her massages is intense but soothing a real gem. I was very impressed and feel great.

My mom and I came here to celebrate our birthdays. The morning of my bday I called to make facial and massage appointments for the both of us, and I was astonished when they asked if we wanted to come in today.It is relaxing and clean with wonderful and nice people.

I went to Beauty Secrets Day Spa for the first time last night on the recommendation of a friend. I was really just looking for a 30-45 min massage to get me through my weeks of stress. I wish I would have done an hour! I received a Swedish massage, chose my focal points for her to work on. She did an amazing job, relieved my shoulders of tension and knots. The room was at perfect temperature with just enough lighting and music.

It was my first time going to any spa and it was a great experience. Beauty Secret made my visit a painless visit, since I was getting a wax. Instead it was very relaxing and they were very gentle. I will be back!

The spa is beautiful, relaxing and the customer service was great. Massage was terrific and the sheets were too die for.

Yeah it may seem weird for a guy to write a review about a day spa, but seriously we like to be pampered too and I feel like that is what I get when I come here. I've been 3 times now and couldn't be more impressed with the massages. I have had the Swedish massage twice now and the Shiatsu once. I liked them both but think I'm partial at this point to the Swedish. The people are friendly and service good.

I really enjoy coming to Beauty Secrets Day Spa. I am always in a better mood and feel so much more refreshed and alive after my appointment.

I greatly enjoyed my time here. The massage was amazing. I had the Hot Stone Massage and loved it. I arrived about 10 minutes late but had called to let them know and the receptionist was like "no problem, we look forward to seeing you". I appreciated that small token of graciousness.

My daughter and I had the body pampering special. The Swedish massage was just awesome. I had never had a body wrap before and I now love them. My attendant was gentle and attentive to my directions when given. Have already recommended Beauty Secrets to my co workers.

I went there and am STILL on the verge of crying! First of all I have NEVER EVER had a Brazilian wax where the INSIDE of your (I) is waxed. Yes, INSIDE...like spread and wax THE MOST SENSITIVE and Softest skin that HAS NO hair anyway!!!! Over and over and over and over she waxed me there like she was PURPOSELY TRYING TO HURT ME. I am so upset! Gosh, every time she touched me it seemed like she was ripping my skin off with her hands. Ivonne -the owner of all people who raved how shes been doing this for 14yrs! Ive had this done before and never ever have I been torn to bits! Then she was blaming me for not relaxing enough and clenching when she ripped of the cloth. I was violated with wax! And I'm out almost a 100bucks for it too! really!?!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible. Don't believe the website, no coffee brewing and no friendly staff. Arrived at 1pm for 1:15pm appointment, at 1:30 (after waiting patiently) another client arrived saying she had a 1:45 appointment. Esthetician comes out at 1:40, knows the woman with the 1:45 appointment and takes her right in. I ask why, since my appointment was before hers and am told 'oh, it'll only be 10 more minutes' - no apology or anything!. No one said 2 words to me the entire 40+ minutes I was there. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money.
