Regrettably my warranty company assigned them to fix a dishwasher by in May of 2015. It is now October 5th and nothing has been done! I don't know why my warranty company chose these people but if it were up to me I would avoid them like the plague and would strongly suggest others do so as well.

Originally they stated that parts were need in order to fix the issue. Once the parts came in their technician attempted to "fix" the problem however, not only was the dishwasher not fixed properly after the parts were received but the tech made made the issue worse. He broke the dishwasher and I haven't heard from them since! I've called numerous time and the only interaction is with a answering machine. Apparently that too doesn't work because I have yet to receive a call back. It too bad that the rating is set up as it is because if I were able to give zero stars I would.

Beware of these people they are a lie!!!! Took my money and never fixed my over.

Had my washer and dryer go bad. This company I called and was out the next day! Very knowledgable and the tech was very helpful! We surely calls the guys out again!
