PRETTY GOOD BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BE BETTER! Place is clean for a equestrian center. Trainers are knowledgeable. Mature trainers are particularly good in both knowledge and customer service. Unfortunately they have some young trainers in their early twenties, who engage in chatting with volunteers/staff throughout the lesson (not just for a few minutes) and there are times when I have heard them talk rudely about other customers out loud - makes you wonder what they say about you behind your back. Parents trust young riders to these trainers. And horseriding is a expensive and potentially dangerous hobby, so it would be nice to have consistently good customer service that is courteous, attentive and respectful. The owners seem to take a lot of pride in their business, so I hope they will address their trainers to provide consistently good customer service. In the meantime, your best bet is to stick with the older trainers (those in their 30s and upwards)
