Provided by YPmobileI have been coming here for a couple of years. Up until recently I was always happy with the service and repairs. Recently I used the to repair my Samsung Note 5. The LCD was damaged and needed a screen replacement. I was told the phone would be ready in a few days. The store clerk called and said my phone was ready. They replaced the screen but shattered the back glass and misplaced the tempered glass screen protector.the clerk assured me that they would replace the back glass at no charge but I would have to purchase another screen protector, which they sold. they called me a few days later to tell me the back glass would be in the next morning to come by and the repair wouldn't take long. I showed up almost at noon the following day to be told it wasn't in yet. im frustrated with the level or lack of customer support. After this incident they will no longer get my service nor my recommendation to anyone.

Provided by YPmobileI stopped by the store at about 11am. I was informed that they did not have any more iphone 5 screens but they would be getting a shipment in from 2-3. As a result, they offered me $10 off the price (which I negotiated to $15 off). I came back around 3:30, they had the part and promised to be done in 45-60 minutes. I then made plans to meet a friend at 5 (at a location no more than 5 minutes away). I decided to go home instead of waiting in store. About 4:40 I arrived at the store and was told it would be "only 10-15 more minutes". My phone was "ready" at 5:40. More than double the promised time. I should probably slow down and explain why I put "ready" in quotes. They returned my phone to me with so much pressure on the screen, that by the time I made it to my car, there was already a large crack running across the entire screen. They also badly scuffed two of the metal corners of my screen. There was already some light scratches but they turned them into very sharp and uncomfortable edges. I immediately went back inside and showed the worker and promised to return again at 10am the next day expecting them to fix their mistakes. When I arrived the next morning, (for those keeping track, this was my third drive to the store) they promised to fix it free of charge. But this time, they would need almost 4 hours to fix it. At 2pm I picked up my phone without any more hitches (but also without any compensation whatsoever). There is a deal on yelp for a free screen protector which I took advantage of (again shoddy work-- the protector has many bubbles). I HIGHLY recommend elsewhere for any type of repair. I paid above average prices for a terrible quality repair and bad customer service.

Provided by YP.comI shattered my iPhone 5 screen and brought it here to get it fixed for $115. They took it back to get fixed and when I got it back, as I was paying for it I noticed some cloudiness when using the camera. They took it back to check the camera and then Celvin came out to tell me there was a fatal issue when he opened it one of the micro chips fell off and the phone was now dead. He said that he can't say for sure if it was loose already or if he did it though he didn't think he did it, but he felt responsible since it happened while in his hands. I was upset to hear this but he offered to buy me a refurbished iPhone 5 to replace mine. After thinking about it I told him I'd rather activate my upgrade instead through my cell company rather than get a used phone. He then offered to give me a loaner phone until I got my new phone, refund my money for the repair and then give me $100 towards my new phone. I took the loaner phone and had some issues with it so I emailed him that night and he called me pretty quickly. He then offered to loan me his personal phone which was the same model as the phone I had. I have to say though the whole incident was stressful, Celvin made sure that I was taken care of and went above and beyond what most people would do to make it right for his customer even though he was not getting any payment from me. This is very rare for a business to treat their customers in this way and I will always be grateful and would definitely recommend them.

Provided by YP.comCelvin over at iRepair is a great guy. He repairs all kinds of cell phones and has a lot of cell phone accessories. I recently dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen. I brought it to him and he had it totally replaced in like 15 minutes while I waited. Now, I went to Celvin originally because I am his web designer, but I thought it would be good to see how his service was. Now I can honestly recommend him because I have been his client too! They are conveniently located in Pearland (caddy corner to the Walmart on Dixie Farm Road and FM 518- in the same shopping center as the Jack-n-the-Box and Bullrito's). Stop in for any of your cell phone problems.
