Oscar is a great down to earth person to work with in resolving issues with his professionalism compounded with his integrity in providing outstanding service. I have nothing but outstanding remarks to describe the end results of his work on my daughter’s car and the cost associated with the repairs. If one wants great service associated with fair cost—Custom Auto collision and glass is a great place to start with.

I could have given this shop 10 stars! The owner of the shop Mr. Oscar Vaquerano was very accommodating and most of all trustworthy. They went above and beyond by changing my vehicle headlight covers as a courtesy (free). My Honda Pilot 2011 look brand new. Repair time was also quick. Very happy with their quality service!

Oscar is a good, reasonable and honest man. My daughter had an unfortunate incident with her car and he took care of the problem. Bless Him!

These guys are real pros! Oscar and his team saved me over $500 and did the work in less time than the Toyota dealer shop said they needed for the repair. My 2008 Toyota Tundra side doors were damaged and after bringing it to Custom Auto II Collision Repair, my truck looks as if it just came off the showroom floor! I took be cherished 2014 Civic SI in for repair after it was damaged on its bumper and quarter panel. Being a car enthusiast, I am very particular about where I take my car for repair but Oscar and his team did an amazing job! The estimate I received was way cheaper then anything you can find around town. The turn around time was probably about a day and they had my car ready. It looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up. The paint looked flawless, no orange peel or cracking and you can really see the quality in the work. The dent's we completely gone, and on top of it all, they washed and detailed my car. I am beyond happy with my service and I recommend everyone take their to custom auto.

I took my Grey 08 Nissan Altima to Oscar because someone had backed up into my fender. Upon entering I was greeted by one of the workers who brought Oscar out to take care of me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out to inspect the car and told me exactly what needed to be done without playing any gimmicks. I received a very reasonable estimate considering the damage. He painted my bumper and fender, and removed my dent on the quarter panel. It looks AMAZING! While he was working on the car, I also placed a call to in to get my headlights de-oxidized. The finish product looks absolutely brand new, I actually thought he put in new lights. Overall this shop is a gem for the city of Pearland. Oscar and his family really know how to take care of their customers. I would take my care back in a heartbeat! I HIGHLY recommend it!! Oh and to top it all off, they even wash the car!! I have posted photos of my car in the gallery!

Took my car to get a couple of dents fixed. The owner and his employees were top notch and delivered fast and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Never use this shop.. I took a vet to be painted the owner took cash but would not ever finish the car ,,, Then kept Borrowing cash from me.. And I waited for the car ... I had to remove the car.. And he kept 7500 in cash ... NEVER TRUST THIS OWNER.. I will be taking them to court..

Took my jeep in for sunroof repair at 9 this morning and got it back this afternoon. They were friendly and explained to me everything they were doing. Price wasn't bad for the job they were doing. When I picked it up I was surprised to find that they even cleaned the inside of my car! Will return again if I have any future sunroof problems or window problems!

0 stars, but required to give 1. Not customer service friendly. They messed up my windshield so that when they replaced it I am no longer able to see my VIN number. The technician also broke a piece on the car and the company refuses to repair it. Infact, Oscar called me a b***h and told me to shove it up my a**!

I took my car in for a windshield repair on Saturday, July 6, 2013. I returned on Monday, July 8, 2013 to ask about the cracked and super glued piece where my wipers lay, the now non-visible VIN number, and the black tarry glue spot on my car. The owner explained that he was not told about this from his technician but there was no need to be concerned he would order the part and repair the plastic piece and replace the windshield. I became concerned that I had not heard back from the him, so I called today to find out when the part would be in. He explained that his technician said that it was already broke and the vin number was already hidden. He then informed me that he would not be repairing what his technician had broken and not repaired properly. I told him that I wanted my car repaired as it was not this way when I took it into him and he continued to argue with me. By the way, there is a lifetime warranty that protects against leaks, air noises, or improper installation. When I told him that I would bring my car in on Saturday and expected my car to be repaired, He called me a b***h and also told me to shove it up my a**.
