This bank is THE WORST! No one knows what the hell they're doing! Not one person working there is professional and they could care less about their customers. They let the phones ring off the hook even though they're are multiple people working and the loan officers are never there! Basically, if you don't own a very successful business or have multiple accounts with them then they will not value you as a customer. This bank needs new management and some serious restructuring!
