The guy Hector was really nice on the phone and his prices sounded real reasonable. However, when he stated that he "thought" he could accomodate my request for tables and chairs for my husband's USMC retirement, I became leery fast. He said he would call me the day before to arrange drop off. I sent him an e-mail the same day to confirm what we had discussed and didn't hear back from him. I went ahead and booked with another company (One Stop Tents & Events) in Webster, TX. I paid quite a bit more, but the tables arrived on time, and the people were professional. The delivery men even helped me carry in groceries! I never did get a call from Hector, so good thing I listened to my instinct or I would have been without on my hubby's big day. To think he served his country for 21 years and Jump and Jupiter couldn't serve him properly for one day!
