My son has been going here for years.   I received a bill and was calling to inquire about the bill.  Spoke with Audriana to get clarification about the bill.  As soon as she explained the charges (which did not make sense) , she began to speak in a rude manner to me.  "Can you take care of the payment now?!"  I told her that I was busy and would come in to take care of the payment did not feel comfortable paying on the phone, her response was "WHEN?!"  I told her I would be in the next day.  As we were hanging up, she says "SHE"S LYING!" not realizing I was still holding the line.  I called back immediately and spoke with another office worker and she immediately apologized.  I explained to her that was so unprofessional and that Audriana did not know me personally so why would she feel that I am lying about coming to take care of my balance?  Ten minutes later Audriana called me and immediately began to apologize saying that she was not talking about me when she said "she's lying" that she was talking about her co worker (YEAH RIGHT).  She went further to say that she is a christian woman and that she would never speak about anyone like that, yet she is claiming to have been speaking about her co worker.  Then, she tries to bribe me and offer to take some money off of the invoice.  I declined, came to the office and wanted to speak with the Dr.  Was told the doctor was out of the office and would return on 12/13.  While there, I got a copy of the charges and it was for x-rays from January that were covered by my insurance.  DR. CARPIO NEVER CALLED ME BACK.  SHE NEEDS TO HIRE PROFESSIONALS TO REPRESENT HER ON THE PHONE.  THEY LACK THE SKILLS CALLING PATIENTS LIARS.  WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE THAT TREATS PATIENTS THIS WAY.

NOT a good experience. We requested to go in with our child. They said okay then sedated her and asked us to leave. When we complained they sent her out and refused to work on her. Sent her home sedated. Please be careful there. That was not safe her vitals were suppose to be monitored.
