My 2004 Buick Ranier driver side door was crushed after someone backed into me. Service King fixed it for me and it looks like brand new!! The staff was highly professional and friendly. They kept me up to speed on where I was in the process of repairs and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, and excellent work!

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in the service industry. This service king has had my car for 4 weeks and every time we try to contact them they give us useless information. They claim to have put a defective part in my car and that they had to get a new one but they have had the new part for over a week now and they have done nothing to my car. I am really starting to get pissed off because they will not give us any info.
