I am a manager in a restaurant and I would never treat anyone like he did. It was my bestfriends wedding and the cake was suppose to be delivered at 1. At 2 we realized the cake wasn't there. We called and they gave us some excuse about how they didn't know where to deliver it and how they didn't have a number to contact us. I call bull when we placed the order we gave a number and the place. Either way the cake was on the way and at least it would get there before it was time to eat it. When it finally arrived they forgot the topper and decorations. They finally got there with it DURING the ceremony. It was the ugliest cake I've seen... we didn't order one with finger prints, smudges, or leaning to the side! thanks for throwing it together. Thankfully the wedding coordinator sprused it up a little and made it look decent. Her mom went to discuss getting some of her money back and he proceeded to yell at her with customers in the store. He was rude and wouldn't let her talk. needless to say she walked out with none of her money back... I forgot to mention the grooms cake and wedding cake were not even the ones we ordered. horrible place and an even worse owner. fairy bakery down the street is cheaper and better! He had a lot of buisness from us but won't ever anymore.
