I have already said this a few times. These guys are super good on cleaning. The first apartment was very well cleaned, they also took just hours of cleaning not days. Perfect to hire if you want fast and effective cleaning.

White Gloves Kleaning Services exceeded expectations in every way. We would highly recommend them to any potential client...they will not let you down!! If you want your office to be insanely clean give them a call.

I recently cancelled all services from the White Golves Kleaning Services due to horrible security experience. They did not lock the door properly after the service, so when our family came back from vacation, we found that the door was widely open!! The door must have been opened for few days because we saw lots of bugs being dead in every corner of the house. We called the company, but they did not even apologize! It is terrible place to leave your key if you care about your home security.

The staff is courteous, reliable and have a strong attention to little details. We are very happy with our ongoing service.

White Gloves Kleaning service has been a God Send. I love the way my home looks and smells when they leave. The owner takes her customers serious and always strives to go above and beyond. She trains her staff to the same. My favorite thing about WGK is the owner takes the time to listen, understand, and know her clients. She has even come over personally! That makes me feel good that she carrs enough to check in her staff and clients.She works just as hard as her staff and stays on top of things.

I highly recommend WGK. They are even willing to personalize cleaning services for you. Just ask.

So happy to find reputable company for our home. We have waited a couple of months to review because services can start out great then slack off. We have not had that prove with white gloves kleaning. We just started using them for lawn care service and are pleased with that also. We recommend highly

I actually think this may be a scam. They did the initial cleaning got my credit card number and arranged biweekly service with me. They called about 90 minutes after they were supposed to be there and said the traffic was bad so the crew was just going to the next house after mine and wanted to reschedule. I rescheduled. On the day they rescheduled for I called them 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there and was told there had been a scheduling mistake they could come after they finish they house they are at now. I said forget it. They said fine but we are charging you a cancellation fee. They have my credit card number as they insisted on getting it for the initial cleaning. Now I have to contract with another service and pay the large initial cleaning fee again. STAY AWAY from this company. I think it is a scam!

I used this company even after seeing their reviews here. I checked out their BBB rating first. They have an A with them. I have several friends who have used them for years and have not had a problem.

The BBB notes that they have only had 3 complaints in the last 3 years! I know for a fact that they are a large company. I think that's a pretty good record.

Awful, horrendous, rude... I could go on and on. I told them 10 times: I have wooden shutters and need them CLEANED, not just dust thrown around and I have hardwood floors I need MOPPED; I will supply the cleaning supply for this. Well, 3 women, $400 and 3 hours later, I have a town home that is feather dusted and swept with the kitchen and bathrooms being wiped down. I paid them to do the shutters and floors/baseboards. When I called to compain, they said the work was done, and that's it. Ridiculous; RUDE, horrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the first negative review I have ever written. Oh; and they don't "mop" wood floors, just dry "rag" them? I'm reporting to BBB; won't give me even a partial refund.

When I initially started using this service I thought I was going to be pleased, however after 3 months of service I would not recommend them. Staff changes at the supervisor level were made and I would not be informed that I had a new person overseeing the service at my home. Staff changes occurred frequently with the cleaning ladies. My requests were not completed to their fullest, i.e. blinds were not dusted (regular item as they indicated), vacuuming of couch was not done (regular item as they indicated) and it was obvious with cat hair remaining, high dusting of furniture did not occur - they only wiped around items and if items got broke they did not indicate so but would try to hide the issue. The final straw was when there was a major incident the owner did not call me to discuss that there was an incident and said that she was informed that I already knew of the issue. When I told her that was not true and was the reason for me calling she told me that she had to speak with the staff that cleaned my home to determine if what they told her conflicted with what I told her. At that point the 'stories' changed with how things happened but there was no attempts to make things right. In the end, when I told the owner that I just didn't feel right about how the scenario was going, even though I wasn't asking for anything monetary to replace my loss and only wanted honesty, the owner just stated "We will just take you off the schedule". The customer definitely doesn't come first with this company!
