Dr. Barbara Caputo-Fox practices in our Scranton and Peckville offices. She has been in practice since 1989. Dr. Caputo-Fox attended Keystone College and the University of Scranton. She received her bachelor's of science degree in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1982 and was awarded her doctor of optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1988. During that time she completed externships at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre and the William Feinbloom Low Vision Center of the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. She also completed the residency program at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. During her residency, she was responsible for writing and teaching the oculosystemic drug relationships courses. Dr. Caputo-Fox is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Northeast Chapter of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association
